The release of the HTC one had been late by element shortages, particularly a restricted provide of cameras. Last 30 days, HTC Primary Marketing Official Ben Ho informed The Walls Road Publication that "there is some lack, because the cell mobile phone's photographic camera was developed particularly for us, and development cannot be ramped up so easily."
However, an "unnamed HTC executive" had also pinned part of fault for the lack on HTC's soured connection with its providers.
"The company has a problem handling its element providers as it has modified its order predictions significantly and regularly following last seasons surprising downturn in deliveries," the professional said. "HTC has had problems in obtaining sufficient photographic camera elements as it is no longer a tier-one client."
The wait in the HTC One impacted the organization's first-quarter earnings, which sunk to 85 thousand Taiwanese money ($2.85 million) from 10.9 billion dollars Taiwanese money ($363 million) for the before seasons one fourth.
